DIABETES AND HYPOGLCEMIA

Stabilized blood sugar levels are essential for constant energy and good health. When blood sugar levels are either High (diabetes) or Low (hypoglycemia), it causes a stress in the body that can trigger many different health problems. The human brain needs a constant and regulated supply of blood sugar to function. Without this basic fuel you might experience symptoms like lack of concentration, insomnia, lethargy, irritability, mental fatigue, depression, anxiety, or confusion. These are the most commonly discussed symptoms of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.
Many Type 1 (insulin-dependent) diabetics experience low blood sugar symptoms an hour or so after the administration of insulin. The enzyme amylase helps the storage and utilization of sugar in the blood. It has been used to help diabetics and other people with blood sugar swings for over 60 years. Amylase is in Plant Enzymes
