DEPRESSION

Many nutrients, including magnesium are useful to prevent or reverse depression. Other nutrients that, when low can contribute to depression are : Niacinamide ( B3 ), B6, B12, (especially in older people), choline & inositol (especially manic - depression), biotin, & iron, all of which are in Complete Vitamins-Plus.
